VaxCertPH Verifier serves as an essential tool for verifying COVID-19 digital vaccination certificates in the Philippines. Developed to provide a streamlined process for confirming vaccination status, it enhances the reliability of digital certificates issued by the Department of Health. Its primary function is to authenticate the QR codes found on certificates, ensuring accurate health information is available when needed.

User-Friendly Process

The VaxCertPH Verifier app offers a straightforward scanning process. Users simply click the 'Scan' button and point the device's camera at the QR code on the upper left of their vaccination certificate. It is effective in capturing and verifying the information as long as the QR code covers 70%-80% of the screen, is parallel to the camera, and the camera is held steadily for at least 5 seconds. Adequate lighting is essential for successful scanning, especially for QR codes printed on paper.

Instant Verification

Upon successful scanning, the app immediately displays a verification message. It shows essential vaccination details including your full name, date of birth, dose number of the last vaccination, date of the last vaccine, vaccine brand, and manufacturer. This prompt response ensures that the verification process is quick and efficient, providing users with immediate confirmation of their vaccination details.

Robust Security Measures

If the QR code cannot be validated, VaxCertPH Verifier will inform you by displaying 'Invalid Certificate' on the screen. This feature is designed to maintain the app's integrity by alerting users to potential discrepancies.
